On-site AI Inspiration Lab

I occasionally do on-site sessions for organizations that want inspiration and a practical push to help non-coders build their own small tools and optimize how they work with AI. This is not a dev workshop, and it’s not “AI in your product portfolio.”

The format is simple: we collect real workflow pain from the room, then I build a handful of dumb (and occasionally clever) AI tools on stage as prototypes. The point is to show what’s possible, what fails, and how staff can prototype safely without needing to code.

• On-site only (intentionally).
• Designed for non-developers across Product/Ops/Support/Marketing/etc.
• Focus: internal workflows, documents, spreadsheets, intake processes, repetitive tasks.
• Outcome: inspiration + concrete examples + a small backlog of “you can build this” ideas.

Pricing: this is priced as a serious engagement (to filter casual interest). Typical starting range: from €12,500 + travel depending on scope and group size.

If you’re looking for “build an AI feature for our product,” you want someone else. If you want your staff to leave with a clearer mental model and the confidence to prototype their own internal tools, this fits.
